Bring your board what staff and volunteers really think.

Ask one question before a strategy day or a big decision. Staff, volunteers or beneficiaries answer a dozen short statements anonymously. You get a report the board can read in five minutes.

Free for 14 days the first time you go live, with no card. Then £99 for 30 days or £600 a year, with no charge per participant.

  • Strategy and priorities
  • Board away-days
  • Service changes
  • Volunteer and beneficiary voice

Example report

Where should we focus over the next three years?

  • They agree

We should do fewer things and do them better.

  • They disagree

We should open a second site.

  • They are unsure

Our reserves are large enough for us to take more risk.

  • They are split

We should take on more government contracts.

Made-up example. A real report is built from your own audience’s answers.

Compared with what you use now

Instead of an all-staff meeting

People say what is safe to say in front of colleagues and managers.

Anonymous answers on phones, so people say what they think.

Instead of a staff survey

Takes weeks to design and analyse, and arrives after the decision.

Live in a day, with a written report as soon as you close it.

Instead of a consultant

Thorough, and priced for it.

A free trial, then a fixed price with no charge per participant.

How it works

  1. Write the question

The one your board is about to decide. The statements are drafted for you to edit.

  2. Share the link

By email, on the intranet or in a volunteer group. Nobody needs an account.

  3. Put the report in the board pack

It says what has support, what does not, and what it does not show.

What you get back

Every statement is sorted into one of four findings, with one way to use each. The report says how many people took part and what the results do not show.

The situation

The board sets the strategy next month. Staff and volunteers have views nobody has asked for.

What they found

Staff and volunteers who answered want focus, not growth. On reserves, most are unsure.

  • They agree

We should do fewer things and do them better.

    74% agree 12% disagree 14% unsure

One way to use it: Bring a shorter programme list to the board.

  • They disagree

We should open a second site.

    16% agree 67% disagree 16% unsure

One way to use it: Ask the board whether the second site stays in the draft.

  • They are unsure

Our reserves are large enough for us to take more risk.

    17% agree 20% disagree 63% unsure

One way to use it: Share the reserves position in plain figures before asking again.

  • They are split

We should take on more government contracts.

    42% agree 44% disagree 14% unsure

One way to use it: Put contracts on the away-day agenda as an open question.

Made-up example, not a customer result. The figures are sorted into findings by the same rules as a real report.

Questions

Can staff trust that it is anonymous?

Answers are stored against a random ID on the device, never a name or email. You see results, never who answered what. The participant page carries no analytics or advertising scripts.

Can beneficiaries take part?

Yes. It works on any phone, needs no account, and the statements are short and plain.

Do you offer charity pricing?

Pricing is the same for everyone and there is no charge per participant. For larger or facilitated work, talk to us.

How is this different from a poll?

A poll answers the question you thought to ask. Here you ask one question, and participants respond to a dozen or so short statements. You see where the people who took part agree, disagree, are unsure, or are split. Then you get the write-up, not a results screen.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. The first time you go live, a verified email gets 14 days with every feature and no card. One trial per email. Another person at the same organisation can start their own. When those days end, an open consultation closes and the report is produced. You can still read and download it afterwards. Paying before then keeps it open.
