Hear from the stands, not just the fan forum.
Ask one question in the club app or the trust newsletter. Supporters answer a dozen short statements on their phones in two minutes, with no login. You get a report of where they agree, disagree, are unsure or are split, ready for the board and to publish to fans.

Example report
How should we set ticket prices next season?
1240 took part
-
They agree
Under-18s and over-65s should keep their concession prices.
-
They disagree
Season tickets should rise by more than inflation to fund the squad.
-
They are unsure
I understand how the club sets ticket prices.
-
They are split
Safe standing should replace seats in the home end.
Compared with what you use now
Instead of the fan forum
A dozen supporters in a room, often the same dozen every season.
Every supporter with the link answers the same statements, wherever they watch from.
Instead of a fan survey
Weeks to design, a spreadsheet to analyse, and a result after the decision.
Live in a day, statements drafted for you, and a written report when you close it.
Instead of reading social media
Loud, fast and impossible to count.
Anonymous answers you can count, with unsure kept apart from split.
How it works
-
Write the question
The decision in front of the club or the trust. The statements are drafted for you to edit before anyone sees them.
-
Share the link
In the club app, the trust newsletter, on social media or as a QR code on the big screen. No login.
-
Report back to fans
Take the report to the board, then publish it, so supporters see what fans said and what happens next.
What you get back
Every statement is sorted into one of four findings, with one way to use each. The report says how many people took part and what the results do not show.

The situation
Prices for next season are due in the spring. The fan advisory board meets four times a year and hears from the same faces.

What they found
Fans who answered want concessions kept and reject an above-inflation rise. Safe standing divides them.
-
They agree
Under-18s and over-65s should keep their concession prices.
82% agree 10% disagree 8% unsureOne way to use it: Keep concessions in the price plan, and say that is what fans who answered asked for.
-
They disagree
Season tickets should rise by more than inflation to fund the squad.
12% agree 78% disagree 10% unsureOne way to use it: Take an above-inflation rise out of the options.
-
They are unsure
I understand how the club sets ticket prices.
17% agree 20% disagree 64% unsureOne way to use it: Publish how prices are set before asking again.
-
They are split
Safe standing should replace seats in the home end.
45% agree 44% disagree 11% unsureOne way to use it: Run a second consultation on safe standing alone.
Made-up example, not a customer result. The figures are sorted into findings by the same rules as a real report.
Questions
Does it meet our duty to the Independent Football Regulator?
It is one way to consult fans on matters such as ticket prices and heritage. Whether that is adequate, and whether fans’ views were taken into account, is for the club and the regulator. The report says how many people took part and what it does not show.
Can it approve a change to our crest, colours or name?
No. A material change to the crest or home shirt colours needs reasonable steps to show that a majority of the club’s fans in England and Wales support it, and this cannot check who is a fan. A change of name needs the Football Association’s approval. Use it beforehand, to see where supporters stand.
Can a supporters’ trust use it?
Yes. A trust or fan advisory board can run its own consultation and bring the report to the club. There is no charge per participant, so it costs the same whether a hundred fans answer or ten thousand.
How is this different from a poll?
A poll answers the question you thought to ask. Here you ask one question, and participants respond to a dozen or so short statements. You see where the people who took part agree, disagree, are unsure, or are split. Then you get the write-up, not a results screen.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. The first time you go live, a verified email gets 14 days with every feature and no card. One trial per email. Another person at the same organisation can start their own. When those days end, an open consultation closes and the report is produced. You can still read and download it afterwards. Paying before then keeps it open.
