Hear what your team says when nobody is watching.
Ask one question about a change you are planning. Your team answers a dozen short statements anonymously, in two minutes. You see what has support, what does not, and where people are split.
Free for 14 days the first time you go live, with no card. Then £99 for 30 days or £600 a year, with no charge per participant.

Example report
How should we work together from January?
58 took part
-
They agree
Two fixed office days a week would work for me.
-
They disagree
Everyone should be in the office five days a week.
-
They are unsure
It is clear what is expected of me on the days I work from home.
-
They are split
Each team should choose its own office days.
Compared with what you use now
Instead of the all-hands
Everyone has a view and nobody says it in front of the room.
Anonymous answers, so the view in the corridor reaches you.
Instead of an engagement survey
Annual, general, and too late for the decision in front of you.
One question, live today, about the decision you are making now.
Instead of asking the managers
You hear what reaches them, filtered.
Everyone answers the same statements directly.
How it works
-
Write the question
The change you are weighing. The statements are drafted for you to edit.
-
Share the link
In Slack, Teams or the all-staff email. No login.
-
Read the report
Before you decide, with the team’s view in plain English.
What you get back
Every statement is sorted into one of four findings, with one way to use each. The report says how many people took part and what the results do not show.

What they found
Two fixed days has broad support among those who answered. The real argument is over who chooses them.

Made-up example, not a customer result. The figures are sorted into findings by the same rules as a real report.
Questions
How small a team can use it?
Clear results usually need 30 or more people. With fewer you still get a report: it shows the counts and explains why few results can be called.
Can managers see who answered what?
No. Nobody can, including you. Answers are stored against a random ID on the device, not a name or email.
Is it an HR survey tool?
No. It is for one question at a time, when you need to know where people stand before a decision.
How is this different from a poll?
A poll answers the question you thought to ask. Here you ask one question, and participants respond to a dozen or so short statements. You see where the people who took part agree, disagree, are unsure, or are split. Then you get the write-up, not a results screen.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. The first time you go live, a verified email gets 14 days with every feature and no card. One trial per email. Another person at the same organisation can start their own. When those days end, an open consultation closes and the report is produced. You can still read and download it afterwards. Paying before then keeps it open.
