Hear from all your members, not just the loudest ones.
Ask one question in your newsletter. Members answer a dozen short statements on their phones, with no login. You get a report of where they agree, disagree, are unsure or are split, ready for your committee or board.
Free for 14 days the first time you go live, with no card. Then £99 for 30 days or £600 a year, with no charge per participant.

Should we raise membership fees next year?

-
They agree
A rise of up to £10 a year is acceptable if services are protected.
-
They disagree
Fees should be frozen, even if it means cutting the events programme.
-
They are unsure
Paying monthly would make membership easier to afford.
-
They are split
Members under 30 should pay a lower fee.
Compared with what you use now
Instead of a survey form
Takes days to write, and leaves you with a spreadsheet to interpret.
One question, statements drafted for you, and a written report.
Instead of hearing only from members who write in
You hear from the people with the strongest views.
Everyone answers the same statements, anonymously, in two minutes.
Instead of a motion at the AGM
Forces a yes or no before you know where the room is.
You see what has support, what does not, and where members are split, before anything is put to a vote.
How it works
-
Write the question
Add a little background. The statements are drafted for you to edit.
-
Share the link
In your newsletter, members’ area or WhatsApp group. Members need no login.
-
Take the report to committee
Plain English, every number counted from the votes, ready to forward as it is.
What you get back
Every statement is sorted into one of four findings, with one way to use each. The report says how many people took part and what the results do not show.

Made-up example, not a customer result. The figures are sorted into findings by the same rules as a real report.
Questions
Can only members take part?
Only people with your link can take part, and it is never listed or searchable. If it goes somewhere it should not, replace it and the old link stops working at once.
Is it a formal ballot?
No. It shows where the members who took part stand, which is what you need before a formal vote. It does not replace one.
What does it cost for a large membership?
The same. There is no charge per participant, however many members answer.
How is this different from a poll?
A poll answers the question you thought to ask. Here you ask one question, and participants respond to a dozen or so short statements. You see where the people who took part agree, disagree, are unsure, or are split. Then you get the write-up, not a results screen.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. The first time you go live, a verified email gets 14 days with every feature and no card. One trial per email. Another person at the same organisation can start their own. When those days end, an open consultation closes and the report is produced. You can still read and download it afterwards. Paying before then keeps it open.
